The fees listed here are ONLY what we charge for our services. To file your application and get your registration, you'll also have to pay fees charged by the Trademark Office. The total cost to file your application and use our services will be:

If you're already a client, you can access each of these services through the A la Carte link in your portal. A la Carte Services aren't available until you become a client, but equivalent services are included in one or more of our service packages.
Our fees are not in consideration for any result or event, but solely for our professional efforts. This explanation of fees is not meant to replace or supersede our engagement letter, which will govern the scope of our representation.
If the Trademark Office issues an office action and you can’t respond correctly and convincingly, the Trademark Office will not return your fees. Our $899, $1,699 and $4,999 will each tell you ahead of time whether or not your application is likely to be successful or not.
A “simple office action” is an office action based ONLY on one or more of the following:
- Section 1201 – Owner of Trademark
- Section 1202 – Use of Subject Matter as Trademark
- Section 1213 – Disclaimer of Elements in Trademark
A “complicated office action” is an office action based on anything other than the items listed in “simple office action.” This includes things like:
- Section 1209 – Refusal on Basis of Descriptiveness
- Section 1207 – Refusal on Basis of Likelihood of Confusion, Mistake, or Deception
The Trademark Office charges a filing fee of $100 per international class. Our fee is in addition to the Trademark Office fee.
